The High Court has ordered the UK’s largest broadband providers to block an additional four websites, on the grounds that the sites facilitate copyright infringement.

This week BT, Sky, Virgin Media, O2, EE and TalkTalk received a court order under the Section 97A of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act, requiring them to block four websites:  Megashare, Viooz, Watch32 and Zmovie.

The case was brought by The Federation Against Copyright Theft (FACT) and the Motion Picture Association on behalf of a number of Hollywood studios. The ISPs did not contest the case.
