LINX response to IMP consultation

LINX submitted a response to the government consultation “Protecting the public in a changing communications environment”.

This consultation relates to the Interception Modernisation Programme, on which LINX members were briefed at the LINX meetings in November 2007 and again in May 2009.

Update (3rd August 2009): Since the Sunday Times obtained a copy of this document and wrote a story on it, we have decided to make it generally available.
