Just a random thought about what is currently thought “acceptable”.

During the course of my duties on LINX’s behalf I often have to discuss, sometimes in fairly unpleasant detail, the issue of images of child abuse. I do not, however, —I am thankful to say —  come into direct contact with such images. So I was somewhat suprised to come across what most people would consider a shocking picture, in the course of reading an entirely unrelated article on the recent ban on smoking in Irish pubs.  I wonder, would this nowadays be considered an indecent image of a child?

With over 770 members connecting from over 76 different countries worldwide, LINX members have access to direct routes from a large number of diverse international peering partners.
