London Internet Exchange Ltd. (LINX) provides services to Internet Service Providers (ISPs). In addition to the information below, members can find additional stats and tools in the member area of the website.
LINX does not provide services to the general public. If you have any issues with your connectivity to the Internet you must contact your own ISP. LINX cannot help you resolve these issues even if you think that a problem arises within LINX registered IP space. If your ISP detects a problem with their traffic across the exchange their engineers will be in contact with our engineers. Therefore, you should address all such matters to your ISP who will have the resources to deal with your individual query rather than to LINX who do not.
