ielo

As a French independent telecom infrastructure operator, ielo designs and operates its own end-to-end fiber network. A network built for operators, data centers and cloud ecosystems, made available to you as if it were your own.

Founded in 2016 through the merger of two organisations created by profiles rooted in the Internet and open-source software ecosystems, ielo accelerated its development in 2020 following a major fundraising round.

In 2026, ielo stands for:
Over 21,000 km of metropolitan fibre network
Over 12,000 km of long-haul fibre network
Nearly 200 data centres connected to the ielo network
80% of businesses eligible for its network

This homogeneous, state-of-the-art infrastructure is designed, deployed and maintained in-house to deliver the highest level of availability.

In 2025, ielo generated €52 million in revenue, driven by the commitment of its 260 employees and the trust of its partners.

Our solutions:
#1 Access: FTTO with no compromises. Designed to become the standard for B2B connectivity.

#2 Transport: A high-capacity, fully controlled backbone, engineered for tailor-made Dark Fibre, Wavelength and Lan-to-Lan solutions.

#3 IP Transit: More than a standard carrier-grade Internet access. IP connectivity delivering optimised routing to ISPs, cloud platforms and critical application services.
