Who can join?
LINX Membership is open to any organisation with an Autonomous System Number. Organisations from around the world connect to LINX, there are no geographical boundaries.

How to Join
Joining LINX is simple. All you have to do is:
- Check that you comply with the LINX Memorandum of Understanding
- Follow our joining procedure, learn more by reading the joining FAQ
- Send us your completed application form
How quickly will I be connected?
It only takes one working day to review your application before confirming that you have successfully joined LINX. The Sales team then contact you to assist with completing the necessary forms. We then hand over to our engineering team, who will assist you through the process of physically connecting to the exchange.
Please note that there may be an installation fee for the cabling, which must be paid in advance of the work being carried out.
Other ways of connecting to LINX
LINX from Anywhere connections are provided by layer 2 carriers enabling peering at LINX from around the globe. Normally the member pays the carrier for the transport service and LINX for its standard fees though some carriers may bundle LINX fees as well.
ConneXions partners provide a one stop shop for remote peering. ConneXions partners control the billing relationship with the member.
