Megaport was established in 2013 and built the world’s first SDN-based neutral fabric in order to change the way enterprises connect to services. The high demand from interconnects and the need for a change in bandwidth acquisition has driven Megaport’s rapid global expansion across APAC, North America, and Europe. The Megaport fabric and portal have been built by our highly experienced engineering team with extensive knowledge of building large scale global carrier networks.
