New ConneXions Order Feature Added to LINX Member Portal

LINX has announced the release of a self-service feature allowing ConneXions Resellers to order new services for their customers through the LINX Member Portal. The provisioning process is fully automated allowing for immediate delivery of the services.

This is the first feature making use of a fully automated order management system and guides the user through the order process from beginning to end, providing more visibility to the process than ever before. Please read our New ConneXions Order User Guide for further information.

LINX Product Manager Mike Hellers, said:

“Automation makes it easier for members and partners to order and consume LINX services. The order management system allows the self-service and instantaneous provisioning of new services directly by our ConneXions resellers. This means that a new service can be up and running within minutes.”

The LINX Technology and Software teams are committed to providing members and partners with more automation and self-service functionality to the LINX Member Portal. Over the coming months, the same ordering system will be extended to other members services.

This is an ongoing process and further announcements will be made when new services become available.

Below are some screenshots of the new user guide.
