- 1994: LINX was founded, connecting five UK ISPs.
- 1996: Deployed the world’s first 100-megabit internet switch.
- 2002: Launched 10G Ethernet, a global industry first.
- 2006: LINX membership reached over 200 ISPs worldwide.
- 2012: ConneXions reseller programme launched and first UK local exchange, IXManchester, opens.
- 2014: Expanded to the US with the launch of LINX NoVA.
