Series 2 of LINXcast is here! Your host, Jez Orbell, introduces a bumper, two-part episode, featuring LINX Head of Public Affairs Malcolm Hutty. He will be covering the implications of the Telecoms Security Bill in the UK and the Digital Services Regulation in the EU. There will be a round-up of the latest developments from the London Internet Exchange including exchange growth (Kurtis Lindqvist), product development (Mike Hellers), and engineering projects (Mo Shivji). In the first full-length LINXcast we spoke with LINX Chief Commercial Officer, Jennifer Holmes, to discuss a range of topics relating to the telecoms, networking, and Internet exchange community. These include Women in Tech, business development in a virtual setting and LINX’s plans for 2021 including new products. Also covered were what Jennifer saw as the main challenges for the telecoms industry in the year ahead, her own work/life balance, personal development, and career progression.
